Information Processing Model

Picture1

The INFORMATION PROCESSING MODEL is a theory about how you perform skills. In this theory your brain is a computer. Information comes to your brain from your senses.  You use this information, together with your sporting experience, to help you make decisions.  You then take action.  Feedback is information which tells you whether or not your actions have been successful.  You use feedback to guide your next movement.
