UNOPPOSED DRILL

An unopposed practice has no defenders so that we can focus on skills, technique or tactics without the added pressure of opposition. This makes it less likely that we will make mistakes and in this instance allowed us to learn what movements we should make for the 3 man fast break. Unopposed practice is used with novice performers so that they can experience success before adding opposition.
